Program Description. By opting into Enhanced US LLC (“Enhanced”) SMS
Notifications, you agree to receive text messages related to your interactions with
Enhanced, including transactional and operational messages such as account updates,
order confirmations, required questionnaires, shipping notifications, and other service-
related communications. You may also receive marketing and promotional messages,
including offers, product updates, and upsell opportunities related to Enhanced’s products
and services.No Medical Advice. SMS messages are provided for informational and operational
purposes only and are not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to
receive recurring automated text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS), including transactional
and marketing messages, from or on behalf of Enhanced at the number provided,
including any mobile number you subsequently provide or update. Consent is not a
condition of purchase and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.Message Frequency. Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with our
services. Users actively engaging with onboarding or order-related processes may receive
messages more frequently (including daily), while ongoing communications may be less
frequent (e.g., monthly or periodic updates).Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or
received, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan. Please contact your
wireless carrier for details.Opt-Out Instructions. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Enhanced at
any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send the STOP
request, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Please note that
opting out of marketing messages may not affect service-related communications

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enhanced shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or
related to this SMS program.Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; No Class Actions. To the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this SMS
program or these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in
accordance with its applicable rules. The arbitration will be conducted before a single
arbitrator in the State of New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed
by the parties. YOU AND ENHANCED AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS
AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A
PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR
REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one
person’s claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. Nothing
in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims
court where permitted by applicable law. This provision is intended to be consistent with,
and supplements, the dispute resolution provisions in Enhanced’s Terms of Service.Changes to Terms. Enhanced reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any
