ATTENDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Attendee Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern registration for and attendance at the Enhanced

Games and any related events, activities, hospitality experiences, or programming (each, an “Event”). By

registering for, accepting credentials for, or attending any Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Registration or credentials issued by Enhanced Games provide a limited, revocable license to attend the

applicable Event. Enhanced Games reserves the right to revoke registration, deny admission, or remove

any individual for violation of these Terms, safety concerns, or disruptive conduct.

1. No Unauthorized Recording or Commercial Use

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Enhanced Games:

Attendee may not livestream the Event.

Attendee may not record or distribute video or audio of the Event for commercial purposes.

Attendee may not use Event-related content for commercial, promotional, sponsorship, betting-

related, NFT, AI training, or other commercial exploitation.

Attendee may not access restricted or credential-only areas.

Personal, non-commercial photography is permitted unless otherwise restricted by venue policy. Any

photos, videos, audio recordings, or other content captured at the Event may not be used for commercial

purposes without the prior written consent of Enhanced Games.

2. Ownership of Rights

All rights in and to the Event, including any recordings, broadcasts, transmissions, statistics, biometric

data, timing results, and other Event-related information, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive

property of Enhanced Games and its licensors. Such information may not be collected, scraped,

transmitted, distributed, or used for betting, data services, or any other commercial purpose without the

prior written consent of Enhanced Games. Attendee is granted no rights other than the limited right to

attend the Event.

3. Assumption of Risk

Attendee acknowledges that attendance at athletic competitions and live events involves inherent risks,

including but not limited to:

Serious bodily injury or death

Slips, falls, crowd-related incidents

Contact with participants, equipment, or projectiles

Loud noise, lighting effects, and production equipment

Exposure to communicable illness

Attendee further acknowledges that sporting equipment, debris, production equipment, or other materials

may enter spectator areas during the course of the Event.

By attending the Event, Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance or presence at

the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event and whether caused by negligence or

otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted under Nevada law.

4. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Attendee hereby releases, waives, and discharges

Enhanced Games, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, sponsors, athletes, venue

operators, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes

of action arising out of or related to attendance at or participation in the Event, including claims for

personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Attendee acknowledges that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under

Nevada law and that Attendee is giving up substantial legal rights.

5. Consent to Filming & Use of Likeness

Attendee understands and acknowledges that the Enhanced Games may be photographed, filmed, live

streamed, broadcast, and otherwise recorded in any form of media now known or later developed.

By attending the Event, Attendee irrevocably grants Enhanced Games, its affiliates, sponsors, licensees,

broadcasters, streaming partners, and designees the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license

to capture, use, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, transmit, display, edit, modify, create derivative works

from, and otherwise exploit Attendee’s name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, statements, and

biographical information as captured during the Event, whether individually or as part of the audience or

crowd, in any and all media, formats, and technologies now known or later developed, for any purpose

whatsoever, including but not limited to live broadcasts, replays, documentaries, marketing, advertising,

promotions, social media, sponsorship activations, and archival uses, without compensation or further

approval from Attendee.

Attendee further acknowledges and agrees that the copyright and all other rights in and to any recordings,

broadcasts, photographs, or other media captured at the Event are owned exclusively by Enhanced

Games or its licensors.

6. Security & Venue Policies

Attendee consents to reasonable security screening, including bag checks and metal detection, as a

condition of entry. Enhanced Games and venue security personnel reserve the right to inspect bags,

clothing, and other personal items and to confiscate prohibited items, including weapons, illegal

substances, drones, or recording equipment used in violation of these Terms.

Enhanced Games reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any Attendee, without refund, who:

engages in disruptive, unsafe, or illegal conduct;

violates venue policies;

enters restricted or credential-only areas; or

refuses security screening or possesses prohibited items.

7. Emergency Medical Treatment

Attendee acknowledges that medical personnel may be present at the Event, but that Enhanced Games

does not assume any duty to provide medical care. In the event of illness or injury, Attendee authorizes

Enhanced Games, venue personnel, and emergency responders to administer or arrange for appropriate

medical treatment. Attendee agrees that any such treatment shall be at Attendee’s own expense and

releases Enhanced Games and the venue from any liability arising from the provision of such medical

assistance.

8. Event Changes; No Refunds

Event dates, times, participants, and programming are subject to change. Enhanced Games is not

responsible for schedule changes or lineup modifications.

All sales are final except as required by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada,

without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to attendance at the Event shall be brought exclusively in the state or

federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Attendee waives the right to trial by jury to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Communications and Marketing

By registering for or attending the Event, Attendee agrees that Enhanced Games and its authorized

sponsors may contact Attendee regarding the Event and related marketing or promotional activities. Any

personal information submitted in connection with Event registration or attendance will be processed in

accordance with the Enhanced Games Privacy Policy.

12. Acknowledgment

By registering for this Event, Attendee acknowledges that Attendee has read, understands, and agrees to

these Terms.
