We're confident you'll see the value, but your deposit will be fully refundable if you request a refund for any reason within 6 months after the launch of our service. You will be notified by email when the service is launched and ready for you to access. As soon as you apply your deposit (or any part of the deposit) towards payment for any part of the service, your right to request a refund will end. If you choose to apply your deposit towards payment for the at-home blood testing kit, the consultation with a clinician, or any other services in connection with the Enhanced Health Program, you will no longer have a right to receive a refund of the deposit, even if the clinician subsequently determines based on that blood test or consultation that you are at that time ineligible to receive further services under the Enhanced Health Program.

To request your refund, simply forward your confirmation email (or specify your order details in a mail) to our support team at action@enhanced.com letting us know that you would like the deposit to be refunded and ideally changing the subject line to ‘Refund request’.

Refunds are typically processed within five to ten business days after your refund request is made. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment that was used when the deposit was made.
